This machine is made of 16wires main drawing machine, 16 wires pay off machine, 16 wires annealing machine, take up machine and cooling system.
Application: It is used to draw 16 wires from 1.4-2.0mm to be 0.15-0.4mm, and draw less than 8 wires from 1.4-2.0mm to be 0.4-0.65mm.
This machine apply new technology with high precision grinding gears and NSK bearings, the drawing drum wheel is arranged in one line. Machine is with PLC+touch screed system; adjust speed with inverter; and can realize rapid die change( can reduce the quantity of the dies). DC annealing machine is vertical type, apply import fully digital control, drawing and annealing 16 wires one time, it guarantee all the performance of each wire, can improve the capacity and reduce the cost.
